Projects
Organizations bring PGAN a defined challenge; PGAN structures it into a project brief and matches it against the network.
How a Project Moves Through PGAN
- Submitted — the organization defines the challenge, required expertise, timeline and budget range
- Under review — PGAN assesses scope, confidentiality requirements and fit
- Matching — relevant advisors and specialists are identified across the network
- Experts invited & shortlisted — matched experts are invited, and proposals are reviewed
- In progress — the selected expert or team delivers against agreed milestones
- Completed & closed — deliverables are reviewed and the engagement is closed out
Confidentiality
Project details are shared only with matched experts under the confidentiality terms the submitting organization specifies. PGAN does not publish project or client information without explicit consent.
