Experts and organizations engaging through PGAN are expected to act professionally, honestly and in accordance with any separate engagement agreement governing a specific advisory, consulting or project relationship. These Terms of Use do not themselves constitute an engagement agreement.

The content, design and branding of pgan.net, excluding content you submit, are the property of PGAN or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

PGAN facilitates introductions and matching between organizations and experts. Except where an explicit contractual service provides such a guarantee, PGAN does not guarantee the outcome, quality or results of any expert’s work.
